السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله إليكم How should we properly understand the Ayah 95:4: لقد خلقنا ٱلإِنسـٰن فى أحسن تقوِيم Skeptics object that people born with severe mutations or fatal conditions contradict this. Could you clarify the classical understanding and wisdom behind this verse?

Ustadh AbdulAziz al-Haqqan
The ayah is about the form Allah gave the human being, and it is not a claim that no individual is born with a defect. The scholars explained that good here means made with precision for the purpose it was made for, and that good itself has levels, so what falls below what is above it has not left the limit of good.
