Yes, she may write what is beneficial, the scholars said a woman may take part in these platforms if she keeps to the limits of the Shariah, writes what benefits, and stays away from the causes of fitnah for her and through her. Keeping it to women is better for her, and a suggestion would be that she writes under a kunyah (a general name that resembles what she is writing about, like daily health or similar) rather than her name, to avoid fitnah.
