I met with a doctor virtually and I paid so that she examine my symptoms and then she would buy and send meds from money I paid. I thought I dont need to know what the meds are since it would be her money and she is the one buying. I also paid shipping fee while not knowing the meds. Is this gharar?

If you appointed her to buy the medicine for you with your money and she buys it as your agent, that is a wakalah and there is nothing wrong with it, and what is required of her is trustworthiness and a known fee.
