Al salam alaikum sheikh, sheikh i train in male gym only, and alhamdulilah i try to avoid isbal and shorts that shows awrah and also pick a time like after fajr to not interact or see anyone doing such acts , but still although its after fajr there is 2-4 members having isbal or shorts. What do i do

Isbal is not forbidden to look at, what you should avoid looking at is the awrah of people. And it seems easily avoidable in your case in sha'a Allah.
