السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أحسنَ اللهُ إليكم A brother i love dearly suffers from severe waswas. Since learning the fiqh of sujud sahu the only thing he can think about in Salah is „will I do sujud as sahw because of this? or this?“ Should I tell him that there is no sujood as sahu for him?

Yes, tell him that, he does not make sujud al-sahw for these thoughts and he ignores them, because this is waswas and not a doubt that is acted upon. He needs to work on the waswas itself by going to the specialized doctors, and it will leave him in shāʾ Allah.
