احسن الله إليكم A female (uncovered face, hijab) is seeking a job . I have an opportunity that is suitable for her. Am I allowed to give her the lead considering I don’t know what fitna may result from her possibly attending said workplace and me possibly being held responsible in front of Allah.

If the workplace is free of mixing there is nothing on you in pointing her to it, and if it is a place where she would be working among men then do not be the one to open that door.
