I was praying with the Imam, while saying Allahu Akbar, before he reached the Ra i had reached the pillar, I could not see the Imam. Is the Salah valid? note that this imam is unpredictable in his takbeer, sometimes he says it in between the pillars, sometimes early , sometimes late, i get confused.
