Assalamu alaikum Ustadh. I advertise thobes using vendor photos. When a customer orders, I buy the item with my money and take physical possession first. The customer inspects it and pays upon acceptance with no prior deposit or obligation. Is this sale valid under Shari'ah? Jazaakallahu khairan.

This is allowed, because you buy it and take possession of it first, and what precedes that is only a promise with no obligation, the customer still having the choice to refuse when he sees it.
