1. Yes, your repentance is valid, and when you are not even sure it was a sin then repent in general and leave the matter, and do not go back over it. 2. Yes, the wudu is valid. The Prophet ﷺ performed wudu once each, twice each, and three times each, and he washed some limbs twice and others three times, though washing all of them three times is better, and the head is wiped once. 3. Yes it is valid. Washing the hands after sleep is not part of the wudu itself, your hand is not najis, and do not fall into waswas over this.
