السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته شيخنا أحسن الله إليكم If I post beneficial videos that benefited me on an account, and some of the clips I don't implement any/everything mentioned, do I fall under the hadith: "كُنْتُ آمُرُكُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلاَ آتِيهِ، وَأَنْهَاكُمْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَآتِيهِ"

No, the hadith is a warning against not acting on what you say, it is not a command to stop saying it, and the scholars state that the duty to convey does not fall away because a person falls short. So post the benefit and work on acting on it yourself.
