What is the ruling on using ATM machines to take out cash. The reason is because my mom uses the money to send to the needy in my family. The reason I ask is not due to waswas but I ask since I heard you mention ATM machines in your duroos. I live in a non muslim country and it is a riba bank.

You don't have Islamic banks do you? And there is the saying even if it was a riba bank, if they take a fee for withdrawal, it is for the service they provide and not riba, and there is the contradicting opinion.
