Ustādh, is it a Bid’ah to decide like what to recite in every Ṣalāh of the day in order to revise Qur’ān? Like you decide in the Sunnah prayer I’ll recite such and such and in the Fard I’ll recite such a such. Because a person wants to revise Qur’ān in Ṣalāh

No it is not a bidʿah. the Prophet ﷺ himself specified surahs for certain prayers to recite most of the time in this prayers like witr for example.
