Assalamu Alaikum, I was building an AI-character and clicked on the button: „bring to life“, to finish it. I know all of this wrong and i stopped but did I fall into kufr?

Do not fall into waswas. Also, bring to life is an expression that means rejuvenating etc, not always literally to create.
