Ahsan Allahu Ilaykum Shaykh, we have learned from you that we can only travel to the 3 Masajid in Islam. We also know that Students of Knowledge travel to the Ulama to learn from them. What is the knowledge behind it ? When is it permissable to travel to a Masjid to learn and when not ?

What the hadith restricts is travelling to a place in order to worship Allah in that place itself, and this is how the Permanent Committee explained it. Travelling for knowledge is outside it altogether.
