I started studying books on scholarly subtitles as well do you think the books studied on there are more comprehensive or is SOK more comprehensive since normally english teaching is usually less comprehensive to laymen and beginners.

I do not know their program but I highly recommend them. The whole point of SOK is to bring you what you would study with the shaykhs in Arabic if you knew Arabic, but in English. So do not worry about that in shā' Allah, and focus on our program here and benefit from Scholarly Subtitles, may Allah reward them.
