Assalamu alaykum Ustaadh, do you have any advice for me? I often stress about upcoming events despite believing in qadr. Even small things that don't bother me during the day become things I overthink at night. Is there a du'a or advice you recommend?

Prioritize seeking help. Some things that you may find beneficial if Allah Wills; the du'a the Prophet ﷺ used to say: Then keep the morning and evening adhkar, increase in astaghfirullah and la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah, and occupy your time so you are not left empty with the thoughts.
