In a dars you said repeating Fātihah due to waswas breaks the salah; now when I feel that I've likely repeated a pillar, I'll sometimes make salam & repeat the salah. Should I consider my salahs as not nullified, even if I believe I repeated a pillar?

Since you suffer from waswas, never apply these rulings to yourself, and never repeat anything whatsoever no matter what. Seek the help of a specialized psychiatrist.
