Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh Ustadh Ahsan Allahu ilaykum Is it allowed to buy gold or silver plated Jewelry online?

Buying real gold or silver online is not allowed unless the payment and the taking are hand to hand, if the ruling differs just because they are plated that is something I have no knowledge of so Allah knows best.
