Ustadh a person retired from his job his age sixty years but his gratuity is going to go full because of his debts to the bank so how can he look after his wife after this? He doesn't have any savings either please advise

He provides what he is able, the obligation is by what is reasonable and according to his means, and what he cannot pay now stays a debt on him. If he genuinely does not have what to feed and cloth his family then he takes from Zakah.
