1. Pray it two by two and the last prayer is one rakah which is witr, and the best is what the Prophet ﷺ did which is eleven rakahs. 2. Imam Ibn Baz said singling out days with particular adhkar has no basis, while takbir itself is to be said abundantly in all days and nights. 3 and 4.
