1. Dryness is a sign of purity just as the white discharge is, and many women never see the white discharge at all. Imam Ibn Baz held that one who left prayers out of ignorance makes them up according to what she reasonably estimates, and Shaykh Ibn Uthaymin held in another place that one who was truly ignorant of the obligation owes no makeup at all, unless she was negligent in asking. 2. Do not throw it in the trash, the ruling attaches to the name of Allah whether it is written in Arabic letters or in foreign ones. Burn it, bury it in a clean place, or shred it.
