As Salamu alaykum warrahmatullahi wabarakatuhu Ustadh, I got 95/100 points and my Teacher gave me an A+ although my actual grade was an A when converting the grade normally (I assume this was by accident). Should I tell him or just leave it as it is? Barakallahu feekum
