أحسن الله إليكم I live in a good Muslim country Alhamdulillah and I’ve tried to search for a Muslim hairdresser near me but I’m not sure if the whole staff will be Muslim women or not. Is it permissible to get a haircut by a muslimah even if the staff are kafirah?

Yes as long as there is nothing forbidden on you or that will result from it like them taking photos or videos while u r there.
