I'm sensitive to hating people whenever I'm a bit wronged or see a defect in them. ex: Bad odor from the one praying next to me, the guy spreading himself in the row while we're all squeezed, the elderly who shouts in the masjid, arrogance. It makes me avoid any engagement with them. How to treat?

Looking down on people is from arrogance, and the Prophet ﷺ said arrogance is rejecting the truth and looking down on people (Muslim). Busy yourself with your own faults instead of theirs, carry what you see on the best meaning it can take, and keep mixing with people and bearing their harm rather than withdrawing from them, for the one who mixes with people and is patient with their harm is better than the one who does not.
