What is the stronger opinion and daleel for women visiting the graves? I’m very confused on whether it’s haram, makroo, or permissible on condition no wailing or crying.

Imam Ibn Baz, Shaykh Ibn Uthaymin and the Permanent Committee held that women do not visit the graves. Shaykh Ibn Uthaymin added that what is forbidden is setting out from the house for the visit, so a woman who passes by a graveyard and makes dua is not included in it.
