السلام عليكم ورحمة الله Is it permissible to curse the disbelievers, and specifically the mutabarrijat who display great shamelessness in public?

A specified living person is not cursed, and the Permanent Committee said this even of a kafir, because we do not know how Allah will seal his end. The mutabarrijat are Muslim women, so that is a different question, and cursing a Muslim without right is a major sin.
