As Salam alykum, is it permissible to make DUA’ against a Muslim brother who’s oppressed you and your kid so severely and is continuously / knowingly doing so ? Is it permissible to say things like “ May Allah never let him see Jannah ?” Jazak allahu khairan !

The one wronged may supplicate against the one who wronged him, to the measure of the wrong and no further, and leaving it and saying hasbunallahu wa niʿma al-wakil is better. May Allah never let him see Jannah exceeds that measure, and that is transgression which is not allowed.
