I'm considering hijrah to Sulaymaniyah (Kurdistan, Iraq) — for me the only realistic option for hijrah right now since I'm an Iraqi citizen, which makes things easier. Do you know if there are any scholars or students of knowledge upon the manhaj to be found there? Is it a decent place for salafis?
