How can I explain to someone that Allaah is the controller of the universe without using proof from the quran and sunnah. for example someone is saying that god created the universe so perfectly that he doesn't need to control it anymore.

Tell him that every originated thing needs an originator, as Shaykh Ibn Uthaymin put it, and that tracks show a traveller and droppings show a camel, so a sky of constellations and an earth of pathways show the Creator. The scholars counted His managing of the creation among the attributes of His actions which He does whenever He wills, not something finished once.
