Begin with the Quran and the forty of al-Nawawi, then Manhaj al-Salikin or Umdat al-Ahkam, then Kitab al-Tawhid without the masail, al-Aqidah al-Wasitiyyah, and al-Bayquniyyah or Nukhbat al-Fikar. Rather than skipping whole mutun, memorise from each matn the ayat and ahadith that carry the evidence.
