Ustadh, I’m at the end of my period. When I check, or after finishing my needs, the madhy comes brown/dark brown. outside of my period it’s yellow/white. Should I consider the brown discharge part of my period, or ignore it and do ghusl & pray? does brown madhy counts as the period.

Brown discharge that is still connected to the period, before you have seen the sign of purity, counts as part of the period, so do not hasten to ghusl until it stops. Whatever comes after you have seen purity is not the period, you make istinja and wudu and you pray.
