Ustadh, i was wondering why should we not pay attention to dreams? I had a beautiful dream from Allah before. Is there no way I can get benefit from it?

A good dream is from Allah, so praise Him for it and let it gladden you, and that is the benefit in it. What you are told to leave is chasing dreams and hanging your heart on them and seeking them interpreted, because direction and rulings are taken from the evidences and not from dreams.
