Ahsan Allah Ilaykum. I see people asking Mashayakh for fatwa about something devastating in their life, for example, lost all of their relatives + a hand + a job and how to navigate around this. Then the Scholar shows no empathy and goes straight into the evidences/explanations. Why is it like this?
