I'm a video game developer and till now I only made a video game without living being in it. As some say it is permissible to draw without the head or facial features, would it be permissible to model 3d characters like this ? Or putting mask or helmets ? May Allah bless you and your family !

Yes without facial features or as u said hiding the facial features with helmets etc...
