I have back pain affecting my ability to work. A nurse diagnosed me with shoulder tendinitis and weak lower body and recommend progressive strengthening using gym equipment. Am I allowed to go to a gym? As most gyms have free mixing and music but i need to go for my health and ability to work?

Nurses do not diagnose. Go to a proper doctor of the field so that you do not end up hurting yourself.
