Often I get dirt on my heels, but I don't check before ghusl due to waswas. Hours later, I found dirt and am pretty sure it was there before ghusl. Must I make up everything?

Do not fall into waswas. Do not repeat anything. A rule of thumb: when you suffer from waswas do not repeat anything.
