- [ ] Can we say in sha Allah for bad things, since everything happens by the Will of Allah, both good and bad? For example: “I might stay up too late tonight because of work, in sha Allah” or “If I stay at work late, I will miss dinner at home, in sha Allah”, and so on for other things.

There is nothing wrong with it. Saying in shā' Allah about something you dislike is attaching the matter to Allah's will, and everything happens by His will.
