Asalamuakikum sheikh is it a bid-ah for me to say this dua everyday to cure laziness? اللَّهُم إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمَّ وَالْخَرَنِ، وَالْعَجْرِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجَبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرَّجَالِ Reported: Sahih Al Bukhari 6369

No, it is not a bidʿah. This is an authentic supplication of the Prophet, sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, recorded in al-Bukhārī, and its own wording asks Allah for refuge from laziness, so reciting it regularly is good and is from persisting in duʿāʾ.
