Assalamualaikum dear Ustadh, I asked you about alternative comics before in a halal way. And fairly you said to do smth without the face etc. In order to compete with whats out there, could I draw the head and the body but no neck. Head would just be floatinging like no ordinary human?

No, drawing it with the head and body while only removing the neck does not make it permissible, because the head and its face are still there, and a figure that resembles a living being is not allowed. What lifts the ruling is that it no longer resembles a living being, such as leaving out the facial features, or a masked character, which is what you were told before. So a floating head with a full face is still a picture of a living being and should be avoided.
