Ahsan Allahu ilaykum. I bought a gold ring to wear, but it was too big and I couldn't sell it for the price I bought it for yet. I'm keeping it for the price of gold to increase, to make profit or at least get the same amount I paid. Should I include it in my zakah? Jazak Allahu khayr

Gold that you keep in order to sell it for profit is not the worn jewelry that the scholars differ over. It takes the ruling of gold held as wealth, so zakah is due on its value each lunar year, once it, together with your other gold and money, reaches the nisab. As for jewelry that is actually worn as adornment, the scholars differ over its zakah.
