In Al-Ḥāʾiyyah L2, there is a section about six matters that must be there in worship; otherwise, it is an innovation. One of them is Type/الجنس. The example given is uḍḥiyah with a horse is a bidʿah because horses are not Bahīmah Al-Anʿām. Can you give more examples? It is still unclear to me.
