I asked this question before but it dissapered before it got answered. What's the ruling for working on anything that has general picture of women such designing websites or managing ads. Can i manage ads for agencies but it may contain music. Can you show women's hands in marketing above wrists?

Designing or managing content that displays images of non mahram women is not allowed, because images of adorned women are a fitnah and you would be assisting in spreading them, so keep your work to designs and products that do not show them. Managing ads that carry music is likewise not allowed, since musical instruments are forbidden and you would be helping to spread them.
