اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ Sheikh, Can we perform a second Umrah during the same trip after returning from Madinah? Is there extra reward for offering additional salah, Tahajjud, and fasting in Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah?

Some scholars disliked repeating it again and again in one trip, so do not make a habit of it. As for reward, a prayer in Masjid al Haram is better than a hundred thousand elsewhere. And some scholars recommended that you stay in al Haram and pray and worship, as this is better than a second umrah.
