Ya Ustadh, i want your advice and help like never before, i am stuck in a sitaution, in which i dont have means to marry, and i am so much deep into it that i am willing to do vasectomy. I am young 22 years old. I cant fast now, as i have job and days are very long. I cant control my nafs when alone

May Allah make it easy for you and keep you firm. First, a vasectomy is not permissible, because it is a permanent cutting off of offspring, and that is the forbidden kind of limiting the progeny, so put this idea completely out of your mind. The way the Prophet ﷺ taught for a young man in your position is this, the meaning of his words being: "O youths, whoever among you is able to marry, let him marry, and whoever is not able, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him" (agreed upon). So the real solution is to work toward marriage even in a simple form, get a job, develop yourself, and aim to marry as soon as you can, for this is the protection Allah placed for you. Until then, fasting weakens the desire and helps you lower your gaze, so return to it when your days allow, keep away from being alone with whatever stirs you, and lean on du'a and patience, for whoever is patient and seeks chastity, Allah makes him chaste.
