Assalamualakium I'm confused do we not take notes physical or digital since we have the lecture notes, or do we paste that on to our own physical or digital notes and furthermore add on to it? and if yes what do you recommend digital or physical.

Take your own notes, do not only rely on the lecture notes we provide. The notes we provide are a further aid to you, but your own notes are extremely important. The most effective way, in my eyes, is that your notes be written on the book or text you are studying, because we bring a lot of knowledge in the lessons that is not in the book itself, so you add those extra points there. Both physical and digital work. I personally use digital notes on a tablet that syncs with my phone, and I find it very useful, so choose whichever helps you study and revise better.
