As Salamu Alaykum, Is it better to review what you have memorized so far from the Quran daily / understand the meaning OR read a new portion of the Quran OR can one stick to reading Surah Al baqarah everyday for protection if you only have a little bit time ? Barak allahu feek

There is no fixed obligation to finish the Qur'an in a set time, so there is room for you to choose. Giving attention to reviewing what you have already memorized, and reciting it while pondering its meaning, is excellent and is better than hurrying through new portions without reflection. Keeping up the recitation of Surah al-Baqarah in your home is also a good and beneficial habit, for the Prophet ﷺ said that the Shaytan flees from the house in which Surah al-Baqarah is recited (Muslim). So if your time is little, combine the two as much as you can, review with understanding, and keep al-Baqarah in your home for its protection, in shā' Allah.
