1. In a lesson 3 for Al waraqat you said that the Torah came down to Musa written but the Torah is also the speech of Allah so how did it come down written? Is there something I misunderstood here?

There is no contradiction, in shā' Allah, the two matters go together: Allah Jalla wa ʿAlā (the Majestic and Exalted) both spoke the Tawrah and wrote it with His Hand.
