Ustadh, what is the ruling for the following: My work allows me to go to Juma´ah and I have 1 hour break. The Masjid is with public transportation 30 minutes away but by car 10 minutes. I´m still doing my drivers licence. Would such a person be excused until they receive their drivers licence ?

Can't you go and come back to your work through public transportation or maybe a taxi?
