I’m a revert, my family back home has a dog. They walk him twice a day and wash his paws after, leaving him wet. I heard that if water drips off the dog, the affected area becomes impure. So in my case, is the entire house impure? Since he walks everywhere. How do i go about this?

We have answered this question multiple times. It is only impure when you do not assume anything and 100% see with your own eyes that this place the dog drooled upon, or some of its impurities were on.
