If I was supposed to perform sujood al-sahw before the salam but forgot, and I remembered after giving the first tasleem (to the right), what should I do? Should I perform sujood al-sahw immediately, or complete the second tasleem (to the left) first, then do the two sajdahs and repeat the tasleem?

You should continue then the second Taslim, and then you do Sujood al-Sahw (prostration of forgetfulness).
